Teresa was like most working mothers in America.  Lived in Arlington, TX with her husband who each had children from previous marriages that were all grown and out of the house. The most UNfamous Serial killer the world knows very little if any of.  Watt's murdered more than 100+ women. That's more than Gacy, Dahmer, and Bundy's numbers combined. He was active as a killer from 1974 until 1982 when he was finally linked to his heinous crimes and apprehended my the local police department. Watt's killed and attacked women within Michigan, Texas, and even parts of Canada.
